What are Annual Returns?

If you have a registered company, CIPC will require you as a business owner to submit the annual turnover declaration, along with the company's Annual Financial Statements (AFS) or Financial Accountability Supplement (FAS).

The Annual Return submission is accompanied by a fixed annual fee, calculated by CIPC after the declaration of the company's annual turnover. By submitting and paying the Annual Return, CIPC keeps the company registered and active on its database.

What we will need from you to submit your company's Annual Return:

• Company registration number
• Annual Turnover confirmation (either on an Accounting Officer's letter, or signed Financial Statements)
• All director's ID numbers

After your order is placed, an Office Administrator will be in touch with you to introduce themselves and explain the steps going forward. After receipt of your order and payment, the submission of the Annual Return takes place within 2 (two) business days.
